- Warehouse Associate (On-site)
- Customer Success Analyst (Hybrid)
- Knowledge bookkeeping is preferred but not required.
- Experience creating and sending invoices.
- Reconciling accounts.
- Answer questions from customers about their invoices
- Work with customers on QuickBooks account setup.
- Ability and knack for working with numerical data.
- Knowledge of business and accounting terms such as profit, ROI, assets, liabilities, etc.
