R3 Vascular, originally founded in the United States, is actively expanding its global presence into Europe. The company is advancing a next-generation bioresorbable scaffold technology featuring a sirolimus coating, designed for the treatment of peripheral arterial disease (PAD). This innovative platform combines the strength and thin profile of metallic stents with the long-term benefits of full bioresorption.
